- Ensure stable Internet connectivity.
- It is highly recommended to take the examination on a laptop or desktop.
- Make sure the mobile/laptop is fully charged.
- Arrange a UPS/Inverter for the laptop/desktop to ensure uninterrupted power supply.
- Students should have sufficient data in their Fair Usage Policy (FUP) or Internet plan with a sufficient data pack from their internet service provider.
- You can access the exam portal only once.
- Log in to the portal 10 minutes before the online examination's start time.
- The exam portal link will be shared an hour before the scheduled time.
- Students will not be allowed to log in after 30 minutes from the start of the examination.
- Log in using your username and password. If forgotten, reset using your registration ID or contact support@nlcee.org with necessary details (Name, Registered Mobile Number & Registration ID) if you face issues.
- After logging in, click on the "Online Exam" tab to start the exam.
- Complete the exam in one session; no breaks are allowed in between.
- Do not move from your seat during the exam. Biobreaks are not permitted during the exam's duration.
- Keep your camera/webcam and microphone enabled throughout the exam.
- Ensure that your face is clearly visible in the camera/webcam.
- Continuous video recording is in progress and may be used as evidence to cancel a candidate's candidature if any form of malpractice is detected during the exam.
- Wearing sunglasses/headphones is not permitted.
- Do not contact/talk to anyone or seek assistance from anyone during the exam.
- Do not pick up/receive calls during the exam if you are using a mobile device. This action will be considered as changing the window.
- Food/beverages are not allowed during the exam except for water.
- Do not search or use Google or any other external source.
- Clear browser cache memory on mobiles and laptops. Clear browsing history and delete temporary files.
- It is recommended to use web browsers such as Mozilla, Chrome, etc., on desktops/laptops/tabs/smartphones.
- Avoid using the reload button, back button on the keyboard, or close button/icon to navigate to previous pages or close the screen.
- Once the exam starts, do not switch to any other window/tab, as doing so may be considered malpractice and your exam may be terminated.
- After the exam begins, do not click on the address bar to open another window or move to another tab.
- Close all browsers/tabs before starting the online examination.
- Do not resize (minimize) the browser during the exam.
- Do not attempt to take screenshots of the questions; otherwise, your exam will be locked, and you won't be able to complete it.
- Please ensure that no one else is present with you during the entire duration of the exam.
